La Burgondie Brut Rose

La Burgondie Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Rose is a sparkling rose from France. It is technically deep pink, but looks like a festive holiday bright red. It is tart like cranberries and the back label says “biscuit notes” which is charming. It suggests to drink this bubbly as an aperitif or with pre-dinner bites. It also suggests pairing with sushi or sashimi, which sounds delicious to me! This would be a perfect wine to bring to a holiday party.
