Berberana Cava Rose Brut is a sparkling rose from Spain. It is made in the Traditional Method like Champagne, but of course it is called Cava because it is made in Spain. This winery was founded in 1877. This bottle is certified vegan by the European Vegetarian Union. It is medium copper in color and tastes like strawberries, lime and biscuit. The traditional fermentation method gives it that beautiful toasty flavor, and it’s a steal at $11.99.
