Samuel Robert Rose

Samuel Robert Winery makes one of my go-to still roses. It is the Vintner’s Reserve Pinot Noir Rose and it is made in Willamette Valley, Oregon. It is deep salmon with medium acidity. It tastes like strawberry, peach and watermelon, but it is dry and mineral—definitely not sweet. Great for sipping on the porch as the summer fades because it is refreshing like ice cold water with lemon.
