Mumm Napa Brut Prestige is a sparkling white from California. It is made from 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Gris/Pinot Meunier grapes. It is medium yellow and toasty because they follow method traditionelle (the traditional Champagne method of winemaking). There are also notes of meyer lemon, and honey. This wine is fruity, tart and bitter. “Drink now.”
