Dolin Dry Vermouth

Dolin Dry Vermouth is a delicious, light fortified wine. It tastes like fresh spring herbs, citrus and a little anise on the back of the throat. It was perfect with a splash of club soda and a couple Castelvetrano olives.

This drink would be perfect on a warm summer night, paired with a light dinner.
