19 Crimes Cali Red is a 2019 red blend by Snoop Dogg, and it is very different than I expected. It is deep ruby, very jammy and high in tannin. The jamminess makes the wine seem sweet at first—tricky like Snoop. It tastes like zinfandel, but the bottle didn’t specify the grapes. It is smoky, but not like pot. Overall, this wine surprised me, but it does seem like Snoop- sweet and smoky.
