Olema Sauvignon Blanc

Olema sauvignon blanc is from Val de Loire, France IGP. My favorite wine expert says it is the perfect example of a French sauvignon blanc.

It is pale yellow. It tastes herbaceous with notes of lime, honeydew and slate. It is high acid and lingers. Refreshing, light and acidic like a tart lemonade on a hot screened in porch.
