Domaine Luguet Roger Cremant is a medium gold Brut Blanc de Blancs. It is a sparkling chardonnay made in the same traditional method as Champagne. It tastes more fruity with just a very mild toasty flavor. It is tart strawberry and lemon with medium acidity. It is very light. If you ask my husband, it pairs well with Cool Ranch Doritos!
