I picked up this Chandon Brut Rose because I couldn’t resist the new, chic packaging. This sparkling bottle is medium salmon. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are “harvested under the stars” at night in California. This wine tastes like strawberries and cream with floral notes. It is dry, balanced and light.
