Atrevida Chardonnay

atrevida.JPG

Atrevida 2019 Chardonnay is “produced from high altitude vineyards nestled in the foothills of the mighty Andes” in Tunuyan, Mendoza, Argentina. It is medium yellow and unoaked, which is a bit unusual for Chardonnay. Fruit flavors like melon, tangerine and pear are balanced by minerality. It is medium body with a long, lingering finish. It pairs exceptionally well with roasted carrots dressed with Gaby Dalkin’s basil vinaigrette.
