Chopo Rose

IMG_2976.jpg

Chapo Rose is a medium salmon colored rose made of the famous Spanish grape Monastrell. Be sure to smell, swirl and smell this wine again because it smells very different from its taste. It smells like peach jam simmering on the stove. It tastes lightly peachy, but it is more acidic like lemon and watermelon. It has a long, lingering finish. This rose also has a glass cork! To remove a glass cork, hold the neck of the bottle with two hands and gently press your thumbs on one side of the top to release the pressure. Then, pull the top off!
